3. Booking & Reservations

Booking process: Availability subject to confirmation.

Acceptance: Bookings confirmed via email.

Passenger information: All passenger names required at booking.

Age restrictions: Children under 3 travel free; valid ID required for some nationalities.

Liability waivers: Signed before boarding.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed in EUR; currency conversion available.

Prices subject to change; locked once booking confirmed.

Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Service fees: Non-refundable booking fee (€5).

Payment due: Within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure: Full refund.

Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.

Bad weather refunds: Rescheduling offered first; full refund if no alternative acceptable.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Boat excursions involve inherent risks. Participants assume all risk of injury or death. KrkBoat and its crew are not liable for injuries, illness, or death resulting from participation, including but not limited to: sea conditions, weather, equipment failure (unless negligent maintenance), or acts of God. Waivers required before boarding.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Harass or threaten other passengers or crew.

Bring weapons or dangerous items.

Operate under influence of alcohol or drugs.

Violate photography or privacy of others.

Damage property.

Engage in illegal activity.
